Terms & Conditions
Terms applicable to online training courses, eBooks, educational resources and other digital products created by Ahmed Nabli and commercially distributed, invoiced and managed by REMOTION SAS.
Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) set out the conditions applicable to the sale of online training courses, eBooks, educational resources and other digital products created and presented under the professional identity of Ahmed Nabli.
The commercial sale, collection of payments, invoicing and management of the distribution of access to the digital products covered by these Terms are carried out by REMOTION SAS, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.
Ahmed Nabli acts as creator, trainer and pedagogical author of the relevant content. REMOTION SAS acts as the commercial and administrative entity responsible for the sale and distribution of the product.
These Terms apply in particular to offers available through ahmednabli.com and academy.ahmednabli.com.
They do not apply to physical products, coaching services, live training sessions, synchronous workshops or personalised services, which may be governed by separate specific terms.
Article 2 — Professional Customers Only
The offers covered by these Terms are intended exclusively for professional customers.
“Customer” refers to any professional, self-employed professional, healthcare professional, organisation, institution, company or other professional entity purchasing a product or access as part of its professional activity.
Article 3 — Products and Content Offered
Products may include online video training courses, eBooks, PDFs, educational documents, presentations, templates, downloadable resources, demonstrations of digital or artificial intelligence tools, exercises, interactive resources and other digital content.
The essential characteristics of each offer are described on the relevant sales page, checkout page or quotation.
Article 4 — Orders
An order is confirmed when the Customer provides the requested information, accepts these Terms and completes the required payment or complies with the conditions specified in a quotation.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Article 5 — Prices
The applicable prices are those displayed on the sales page, checkout page or quotation at the time the order is placed. Prices are expressed in euros (€).
Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed during the ordering process. Specific discounts or pricing conditions may occasionally be offered.
Article 6 — Payment
For orders placed directly online, payment is due immediately. Payment is collected on behalf of REMOTION SAS. Available payment methods may include card payments through Stripe, PayPal or any other payment method made available at checkout.
Institutional orders may follow the payment terms stated in the relevant quotation or invoice issued by REMOTION SAS.
Article 7 — Invoicing
Invoices relating to products covered by these Terms are issued by REMOTION SAS. An electronic invoice may be generated automatically through the platform used or sent separately where required.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the billing information provided.
Article 8 — Late Payment for B2B Transactions
For any B2B invoice not paid by its due date, late-payment penalties become payable from the day following the payment deadline.
Unless otherwise lawfully provided, the applicable rate corresponds to the European Central Bank refinancing rate applicable to the relevant period, increased by 10 percentage points.
A statutory fixed compensation of €40 for recovery costs shall also be payable.
Article 9 — Access to Training Courses
Access is activated after successful confirmation of payment. The operational management and distribution of access are handled by REMOTION SAS, using the technical platform selected for delivery.
The Customer will generally receive an order confirmation email, access information and the corresponding invoice.
Access is personal, individual and non-transferable. For multi-user purchases, each participant must have their own account and email address.
Article 10 — Access Period
Access is provided without a predetermined expiry date. The Seller nevertheless guarantees availability of the purchased version for a minimum period of two years from the date of purchase.
After this period, obsolete content may be updated, reorganised, replaced or removed.
Article 11 — New Versions and Updates
Corrections, minor improvements and certain updates may be included at no additional cost.
A new course, major extension or substantially revised version may be offered as a separate paid product. Existing Customers are not automatically entitled to major new versions.
Article 12 — Downloadable Resources
Resources specifically identified as downloadable may be retained by the Customer and used within their own professional practice, including, where appropriate, with their own patients.
They may be adapted for the Customer’s own professional use. Resale, redistribution, public publication or integration into another training course is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
Article 13 — Videos
Training videos are intended to be viewed by streaming through the platform. Unless expressly authorised, downloading, extracting, recording, copying, reproducing or redistributing the videos is prohibited.
Article 14 — Intellectual Property
The original pedagogical content created by Ahmed Nabli remains protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, including videos, texts, eBooks, PDFs, presentations, visual materials, templates, exercises, original examples, educational resources, graphic elements and original pedagogical structure.
REMOTION SAS is authorised to commercialise and distribute the relevant products. Purchasing a course or digital product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights to the Customer.
Article 15 — Third-Party Tools and Services
The training may present artificial intelligence platforms, software, creative tools, cloud services or other technologies.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase price does not include subscriptions, credits, licences or paid access to third-party services.
Their pricing, interfaces, features, availability or terms of use may change independently of the Seller.
Article 16 — Licences and Generated Content
The Customer is responsible for reviewing the terms of use and licensing conditions of third-party tools. Before any professional, commercial or public use of generated content, the Customer must ensure that they have the necessary rights.
Article 17 — Patient Data and Confidential Information
The Customer agrees not to enter personal, medical, confidential or patient-identifiable information into the tools presented unless they have an appropriate legal basis, the necessary permissions and a compliant technical environment.
The Customer remains responsible for GDPR compliance, professional confidentiality and applicable regulatory obligations.
Article 18 — Educational Nature of the Training
The training courses created and delivered by Ahmed Nabli are provided for educational and professional-development purposes. They do not replace clinical judgement, scientific validation, regulatory validation or individual legal advice.
Article 19 — No Guarantee of Results
Neither REMOTION SAS, as Seller and distributor, nor Ahmed Nabli, as creator and trainer, guarantees any specific professional, therapeutic or financial outcome, including any particular clinical improvement, therapeutic result, measurable time saving, professional performance or automatic compliance of a prototype.
Article 20 — Certificate of Completion
Where included in the relevant offer, a certificate of completion may be issued automatically once all required modules have been completed. The certificate may be issued under the Ahmed Nabli training identity and/or through the technical platform used to deliver the course.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not constitute a State-recognised diploma, regulated professional qualification or officially accredited certification.
Article 21 — Support
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase does not include individual coaching, personalised correction or ongoing educational support.
contact@ahmednabli.com is the main contact point for administrative, billing, access and training-related questions. Requests relating to payment, invoicing or distribution may be processed by REMOTION SAS.
Article 22 — Commercial Refund Policy
The Customer may submit a refund request within 14 days of purchase. This is a contractual commercial policy and does not create an automatic right to a refund.
Requests must be justified and sent to contact@ahmednabli.com. Following review, a refund may be accepted or refused, full or partial.
Where approved, it will be processed within a maximum period of 30 days, subject to payment-provider processing times.
Article 23 — Non-Use
Failure to log in, failure to view the training or only partial use does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund, extension of access or compensation.
Article 24 — Suspension of an Account
The Seller may suspend or terminate access in cases including credential sharing, fraud, unauthorised copying or redistribution, circumvention of technical restrictions, abusive use, rejected or cancelled payment, chargeback, payment dispute or substantial breach of these Terms.
Article 25 — Technical Availability
Access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, server or hosting issues, outages affecting Systeme.io or another provider, network interruptions or technical incidents outside the Seller’s reasonable control.
Article 26 — Exceptional Discontinuation of a Training Course
If a training course must be permanently discontinued before the end of the guaranteed two-year access period, the Seller will endeavour, where reasonably possible, to provide alternative access or an equivalent version.
Article 27 — Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for a failure to perform where that failure results from an event beyond its reasonable control and meeting the legal requirements of force majeure under applicable law.
Article 28 — Institutional Orders
Companies, healthcare facilities, clinics, practices, institutions and other organisations may request a specific offer by contacting contact@ahmednabli.com.
Institutional quotations, orders, payments and invoices are managed by REMOTION SAS. There is no minimum number of accesses required unless stated otherwise. Specific pricing conditions may be offered. Each access remains individual and assigned to a specific participant.
Unless otherwise specified, quotations remain valid for 30 days. The quotation and these Terms are intended to be read together.
Article 29 — Evidence of Transactions
Electronic records generated by the ordering system, including records generated through Systeme.io, may constitute evidence of the order, payment, provision of access and acceptance of these Terms.
Article 30 — Personal Data
Personal data required for processing orders, payments, invoicing and distribution of digital content may be processed by REMOTION SAS and, depending on the services used, by Systeme.io, Stripe, PayPal, Hostinger or other technical service providers.
Ahmed Nabli may also access information necessary for the pedagogical management of the training and support of participants.
Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy. Contact: contact@ahmednabli.com.
Article 31 — Marketing Communications
Purchasing a training course or digital product does not automatically constitute consent to receive future marketing communications. Where consent is required, it is obtained separately.
Article 32 — Testimonials
A named testimonial, photograph, professional name or organisation name will only be used with appropriate prior authorisation. Feedback may also be used in anonymised form.
Article 33 — Amendments to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, regulatory, technical or administrative developments or to clarify existing provisions.
Amendments applicable to future orders shall take effect upon publication. Substantial amendments affecting essential rights of an existing Customer will be appropriately communicated and, where required, subject to that Customer’s agreement.
Article 34 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to reach an amicable resolution. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules.
Article 35 — Languages
These Terms may be made available in French and English. Both versions are intended to express the same rights and obligations and have equivalent contractual value.
