Section 3 — Data processed
Depending on how you use our services, we may process: your identification and contact details (first name, last name, email address); the information needed for ordering, payment and invoicing; the access and progress information needed for the educational management of the course and for support; and the content of your exchanges with us.
Payments by bank card, PayPal or any other method offered are processed by the relevant payment providers.
Section 4 — Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to: fulfil your order, collect payment, issue the invoice and provide your access (performance of a contract); meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations (legal obligation); provide support, ensure security and prevent fraud or payment disputes (legitimate interest); and send you marketing communications where you have consented (consent).

Data is accessible to REMOTION SAS and to Ahmed Nabli, for the information needed for the educational management of the course and for participant support.
Depending on the services used, it may be processed by technical service providers, including Systeme.io (ordering, access and emails), Stripe and PayPal (payment) and Hostinger (hosting), as well as other technical providers acting on behalf of REMOTION SAS.
Section 6 — Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Section 7 — Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, then for the applicable legal periods, in particular for invoices and accounting records. Data used for marketing is kept until you withdraw your consent.
Section 8 — Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to contact@ahmednabli.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Section 9 — Marketing communications
Buying a course or digital product does not automatically mean you consent to receive marketing communications. Where consent is required, it is collected separately and can be withdrawn at any time.
Section 10 — Testimonials
A named testimonial, a photograph, a professional's name or the name of their organisation is used only with appropriate authorisation. Feedback may also be used in anonymised form.
Section 11 — Patient data
Do not enter personal, medical or patient-identifying data into the tools presented in the courses unless you have an appropriate legal basis, the necessary authorisations and a compliant technical environment. You remain responsible for complying with the GDPR and professional secrecy (article 17 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale).
Section 12 — Cookies and audience measurement
The site uses one technical cookie, “pll_language”, which remembers the language you chose. It is not used to track you.
Audience measurement on the home pages relies on Cloudflare Web Analytics, designed to work without cookies or individual profiling. No audience-measurement tool that requires consent (such as Google Analytics) is enabled on the site.
The Arabic version of the home page loads the “Noto Sans Arabic” font from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google in order to serve the font file.
Section 13 — Third-party services
The third-party platforms used to order, pay or access the courses (Systeme.io, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) apply their own privacy and cookie policies, which we invite you to read.
Section 14 — Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or organisational changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its effective date.
